Mahjong now in 16:9 Widescreen!

I upgraded the Mahjong frame to support 16:9 screens due to 4:3 sticking out that much that some people got bothered by it. The space background is taken from a cancelled GalaxyTrail game, let me know if you figure out what game it is :)
