Freedom Planet Plus
A downloadable mod
Freedom Planet+ is a mod that allows you to play as Torque and Spade in the final game without requirement of modifying the memory in real time while also fixing any specific crashes and softlocks with those characters. Windows only.
To be able to play the mod, you will need to own the game on Steam which you can get here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/248310/Freedom_Planet/

Features:
- Torque and Spade playable in time attack mode.
- Some level environment differences for Spade and Torque.
- 4 color palettes for each character in time attack mode.
- Reworked input system.
- LED Controller Support.
- Full access on the debug level select.
- Unique ending for Torque in Final Dreadnought 4.
- Removed unlocks requirements for the time attack mode.
- Some previous character specific stages can now be played by different characters.
- Toggles for both Spade and Carol max run animations.
- Toggle for the resist mechanic (revive).
- Toggle for Lilac dragon spin infinite energy.
- Toggle for infinite lives.
- Some minor bug fixes.
Will Torque and Spade get their own game mode?
Yes, eventually I will finish Torque Adventure and Classic Mode after I'm done with Time attack and finishing the development of Float's Story SparkTEJ: Recharged. Spade will only be playable in Classic Mode due to story reasons.
GOG Support?
No GOG support at the moment.

For some reason when I play this mod, the resolution is very low in full screen making it blurry, this doesn't happen in the original.
Mind reporting in on my discord server with like a picture of it?
I would like to ask if there will be a patcher where it can be installed on Linux or Steam Deck?
The Windows version of the game runs alright through Proton for the moment.
I patched the Windows version of the game (on Steam via enabling Proton) using DeltaPatcher's Linux version. The mod just works in my experience; I only had problems with frame-pacing because of my DE's compositor

Okay I know there will be no adventure mode for Spade ever but for some reason, methinks it'd be be funny if Spade instead told his story from a Mater’s Tall Tale-esque perspective where he's trying to make an entertaining story for someone if you chose adventure mode in his campaign
I support this in every way possible
I could see that happening, like how in Spark 1, Challenge Mode is just a what-if scenario where Fark tells his story to Spark in the form of a playable VR simulation.

wwaaaaiiiiIIIIITTTT *slams door* *heavy pants* i-..... i-i know im late, i forgot sorry, this is VERY IMPORTANT OKAY, we forgot ONE teeny tiny thing to make this expansion PERFECT. give a super form to lilac for new game+. does basically what you expect (buffed speed and jump and infinite energy) and its just something i thought was missing from the core game, i know it might be a lot but think about it

likely not, its built off of it so it'll be a requirement i assume

It is, updates are slow due to being busy with life and SparkTEJ: Recharged. I intend to finish this whenever I can.

Torque will finally get that update he deserved. If he doesn't come to FP3, I might rage a lot. (Spade really has a death-wish for smiling at a knocked Milla. Also, who's Float? Are they an OC of yours?) Good luck with the mod, though. I've heard because of the engine's incompatibility for Spade, they stopped the DLC development for both him and Torque.
