SparkTEJ: Recharged V.1.0.9 won't be at SAGE24

Hey Farkle here,

I decided to not release the new update of SparkTEJ: Recharged at SAGE24. The reason is because I fear this could lead to burnout which could drive out the passion out of the project and end up in the pile of unfinished projects. While yes we could just upload a work in progress build for the submission and constantly update it for the September release. It's just that it would put a limit on how much stuff we can get out for the update and I want the update to be released as stable as possible. It is also unclear if we are going to participate CGS 2024 because it really hasn't helped the project that much to gain feedback and I still haven't received a word about the feedback form about the booth.

So for V.1.0.9 it would release after SAGE24 if things go smooth hopefully and I'm sorry for this inconvenience but it's the best for the project and for the team. Regardless I wanna thank you all for the support you guys gave us and I hope you enjoy the next chapter of Float's Story.
